Where We Ship
Free shipping on all orders within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Processing takes 1–2 business days; transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes.
Order Processing & Cutoff
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago reference), year-round. This fixed offset does not change with daylight saving time. Orders received before the cutoff on a business day enter the processing queue that day; orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter on the next business day. The queue-entry day counts as processing day one.
Transit & Delivery
Transit is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch, separate from the 1–2 business day processing period. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days. Carrier conditions, holidays and other disruptions can affect delivery; these estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping Charges & Tax
All supported orders receive free shipping. Checkout displays shipping as $0.00 and tax as $0.00. This does not represent a claim that products are legally tax-exempt.
