Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Requests
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with no food residue. Contact us for authorization before returning an item. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful for assessment. The ordinary unused-condition and intact-original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for these issues. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy with you, including a return, replacement or refund as applicable.
Return Shipping & Fees
We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost to France. There is no restocking fee.
Inspection & Refunds
After receiving and inspecting a returned item, we will determine whether the refund is approved. Once approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. The time your bank or payment provider takes to post the refund may vary.
