Where do you ship?
Free shipping on all orders within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Processing takes 1–2 business days; transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. U.S. territories, military mail addresses and PO Boxes are not supported.
When does processing begin?
Before 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00 on a business day, orders enter that day’s processing queue. Later orders, weekend orders and U.S. federal holiday orders enter the next business day. Queue-entry day is processing day one. The cutoff does not change for daylight saving time.
Are the containers supplied filled?
No. All containers are sold empty. Ingredients and styling props shown in photographs are not included.
How do I care for my item?
Follow the material-specific care instructions on its product page. We do not state dishwasher or microwave suitability. Dry all components completely before refilling.
Can I return my purchase?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with no food residue. Contact us for authorization before returning an item. For a change of mind, you pay return shipping to our authorized return address in France. No restocking fee applies.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description; photos are helpful. We cover return shipping for our error, damage or defects. Ordinary unused and intact-packaging conditions do not block these claims.
When are refunds issued?
After a returned item is received, inspected and approved, a refund is issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Bank posting times may vary.
How are payment and orders confirmed?
Review the result provided when submitting payment. An order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance. Contact [email protected] with payment or order questions.
What are the shipping and tax charges?
Shipping is free for all supported U.S. orders. Checkout displays tax as $0.00; this is not a claim of legal tax exemption.
